Andrew Fairbairn Affleck (also known as Andrew F. Affleck and Andrew Affleck) is regarded as one of Englands most significant etchers of architectural landmarks who practiced during the early 20th century. He is known for his large-scale plates, and depicted subjects in Italy, England, Belgium, Holland, America, as well as France where he moved to permanently around 1910. Afflecks French edifices, including the Cathedral at Rheims, are among his finest works.
